Home Saver Elite Program is a need-based program. We welcome applicants on a rolling basis, as our program aims to assist those in historically under-resourced communities and those looking to live a more green lifestyle, overall. Funding for our programs are made possible, in part, by private donors, city/county/state support [when possible], and other nonprofits who collaborate on our energy-efficient initiatives.
